Solid Waste Operations Leader - Safety, Budget & People
The Solid Waste Association of North America
City of Lakeland seeks a leader to oversee the Solid Waste Division, managing residential/commercial collection, recycling and yard waste. You will supervise supervisors, maintain container operations, and drive efficiency across routes and innovation adoption. The role requires strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to implement departmental priorities, with emphasis on safety, training, and staff development.
