What You'll Do You are the heartbeat of our restaurant. Every sandwich, every waffle fry, every order that leaves our kitchen is a reflection of your craft and your commitment. You'll be responsible for: Preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and to Chick-fil-A quality standards Mastering all kitchen stations — fries, breading, assembly, boards, and food prep Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and safe at all times Stocking inventory and staying current on new products and procedures Completing opening and closing tasks with ownership and reliability Working as a team to deliver food that is fast, accurate, and craveable — every time Who You Are You don't need experience — you need the right heart.
