Part Time Cake Decorator As a Dunkin' franchisee, we are seeking part time cake decorator to join our team of cake artists. Hours are flexible, approximately 20 hrs/wk and can be completely independent! Key Responsibilities Decorating cakes, clown cones and polar pizzas according to design standards. Physical Demands Standing on feet Repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching Lifting objects including boxes, baskets, and pans up to 50# Working in a variety of areas (cross trained) Strict uniform requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices Additional Responsibilities Include Understand end-product specifications and monitor product quality Identify and escalate product quality issues as identified Ensure equipment is used as designed Maintain a clean and organized staging area Maintain a people focused culture in the bakery Communicate effectively and managers and coworkers Work other positions as directed by supervisors.
