Build new skills, create new opportunities for your future, and be part of a team that helps prepare and package products enjoyed by families across North America.Why Choose Nortera?New highly competitive wages$2 shift differential for night shift17-5 day weekends a year!Group health insurance program with HSA or FSADental and vision insuranceSupplemental insurance options (hospitalization, spouse and dependent term life, pet, etc.)401K retirement savings account with company matchPaid sick, vacation, and holidaysEmployee assistance programWellness reimbursement program (gym memberships, etc.)Tuition reimbursement programOpportunities for advancement within a growing companyPay range: $20.90 to $23 USDThe Role:Record and verify all finished product cases by customer, commodity, quantity, and case size for each shift.Program automatic palletizers and troubleshoot minor issues while following proper lockout/tagout procedures.Communicate with group leaders, M-room personnel, and line operators regarding production runs and line status.Maintain accurate production records, document discrepancies, and help ensure the highest quality finished product.Follow GMPs, food safety and SQF requirements, maintain good housekeeping, and immediately report any safety, quality, or food safety concerns.Your Profile:Basic computer literacy and ability to accurately enter and maintain production information.Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with production teams.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and stay focused in a fast-paced production environment.Able to stand for extended periods, frequently walk/reach, and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.; comfortable bending, pushing/pulling, climbing, and working around machinery.High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of repackaging experience preferred. Must be able to read and understand English and follow safety, GMP, and food safety procedures.Ability to work 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, including weekendsWe're looking for people like you!
