Job Description Opportunity: Physician - Medical Oncology Job Details: Provide Medical Oncology coverage in a hospital, infusion center, and outpatient setting Monday through Friday daytime shifts with overnight call required and weekend call highly preferred Full-time coverage needed with on-call responsibilities for continuity of care Providers who do not wish to take weekend call will conclude service each Friday at 4:30 PM Consult services with approximately 22-25 patients per day Support staff includes 2 MDs and 2 APPs with pagers; no APP coverage on weekends EMR system: Epic Hospital bed size: 540 beds Malignant Hematology experience required Medical Oncology and Infusion Center coverage required Board Certification in both Hematology and Oncology required MN license required; IMLC accepted DEA required BLS certification required Facility: This facility is a large acute care hospital with 540 beds, offering a comprehensive range of medical services including inpatient oncology, infusion services, and outpatient care.
