Senior Product Designer

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of complex, data-rich digital products and enterprise workflows. This role requires strong systems thinking, the ability to simplify complex problems, and experience working across the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into intuitive, scalable user experiences. Drive discovery, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and advocate for user-centered solutions throughout the product lifecycle. Lead the design of complex, data-intensive digital products and workflows. Design experiences that help users understand, analyze, and act on complex information and datasets. Balance user experience, business goals, and technical realities to make informed design decisions. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, complex digital products, or large-scale customer experiences. Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent platforms. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group
