Store Manager

Overview We are seeking an experienced, energetic and driven Store Manager to join our growing auto parts team. This role is ideal for someone who loves retail, has demonstrated true leadership, and can oversee a market‑leading NAPA store. Responsibilities Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store. Operate in a fast‑paced retail environment and support outside sales in developing wholesale accounts. Build, guide, and develop an engaged crew to deliver customer care and business results. Implement continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Protect and maintain store assets and uphold safety and appearance standards. Take full responsibility for P&L and develop business plans to solve roadblock issues. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Passion for delivering customer care and building long‑term relationships. Experience managing a parts store or equivalent retail environment. Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels, and seasonal shifts. Personal drive, self‑motivation, initiative, and customer focus. Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalog systems. Technical or trade school courses or degree in automotive, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership (preferred). Background in parts store, auction, retail, auto body/collision, or fast food/restaurant/convenience store management (preferred). ASE certifications (preferred).
