Front Desk Receptionist PRN

Job Description

InMotion Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist (PRN) to provide front office support on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, managing administrative tasks, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner

Create and manage new patient accounts

Schedule appointments for new and existing patients

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Collect patient payments and accurately track charges

Verify and update patient information

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Skills & Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Experience with office management software and computerized systems preferred

Previous medical office, physical therapy, or receptionist experience preferred

Schedule

PRN / As Needed

Flexible hours based on clinic needs and staff coverage

Availability during weekday business hours preferred (M-F 8:00am-6:00pm)
