CIP Sanitation Operators – 2nd and 3rd Shifts

Lancaster, PA | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

$19-$24/ hr

Allegiance Staffing is seeking dependable CIP (Clean-in-Place) Sanitation Operators for a growing food manufacturing facility in Lancaster County, PA. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring CIP systems to ensure equipment meets food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor automated CIP systems for tanks, pipelines, and production equipment
• Prepare and handle sanitation chemicals safely
• Verify cleaning cycles meet required specifications
• Perform inspections and assist with sanitation verification activities
• Complete sanitation records and compliance documentation
• Support GMP, HACCP, and food safety initiatives
• Assist with basic CIP equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous CIP or sanitation experience in food, beverage, or dairy manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and food safety standards
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in wet, hot, and cold environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Basic computer and documentation skills
