CDL A Company Truck Driver Paid Training
$1,600 - $1,800 per week365 Freight USA
Job Description
Job Description
Start your trucking career with a company that invests in new drivers. If you have recently earned your Class A CDL and are looking for a company willing to provide the experience you need, 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates in the Kettering, Ohio area for its paid mentor program.
You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning how the job works beyond CDL school. After successfully completing training, you will move into your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.
What We Offer
- Paid 4–6 week mentor training
- Potential earnings of $1,600–$1,800 per week after training
- Weekly direct deposit
- Full benefits after training
- Practical on-the-road experience with an experienced mentor
- A structured path from recent graduate to solo driver
What You’ll Do
During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed independently. You will learn:
- Safe driving and trip planning
- Pickup and delivery procedures
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Communication with dispatch
- Everyday responsibilities of an over-the-road driver
After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition into your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for drivers who are motivated to learn, work hard, and build a successful career.
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduation from an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Ability to meet U.S. Department of Transportation qualification requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Safety-focused and dependable
No previous driving experience is required.
Why New Drivers Choose 365 Freight USA
Starting your first trucking job can feel overwhelming. That is why we do not expect you to figure everything out on your own. Our mentor program is designed to help you gain real-world experience, ask questions, and build confidence before driving as a solo driver.
We believe every new driver deserves the guidance and support needed to begin a successful trucking career.
