Start your trucking career with a company that invests in new drivers. If you have recently earned your Class A CDL and are looking for a company willing to provide the experience you need, 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates in the Kettering, Ohio area for its paid mentor program.
You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning how the job works beyond CDL school. After successfully completing training, you will move into your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do
During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed independently. You will learn:
- Safe driving and trip planning
- Pickup and delivery procedures
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Communication with dispatch
- Everyday responsibilities of an over-the-road driver
After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition into your own truck and begin driving solo on the open road.

- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduation from an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Ability to meet U.S. Department of Transportation qualification requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Safety-focused and dependable
No previous driving experience is required.
