Communications & Engagement Specialist

Our Financial Services Client is seeking a M365 Analyst to join their team. As a M365 Analyst, you will be part of the Global Technology Team. The ideal candidate will have Excel, PowerPoint and Project coordination which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: M365 Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC What’s the Job? Requirements Advanced Microsoft 365 experience, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. Strong Excel skills with experience analyzing survey data, creating reports, dashboards, and pivot tables. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop executive-level communications and presentations. Project management experience with the ability to manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and track deliverables. Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Video editing and multimedia content creation experience is a plus. What the Role Does Partner closely with the Employee Engagement Lead to support and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives. Analyze employee survey results and provide reporting, insights, and presentations for leadership audiences. Plan and coordinate employee engagement events, both virtual and in-person. Create and distribute communications, presentations, newsletters, and other engagement-related content. Manage collaboration and communication activities through Microsoft Teams and Outlook. Provide day-to-day operational and project support, ensuring engagement activities and key priorities are delivered on time. Support video and multimedia content creation to enhance employee communications and engagement efforts.
