Social Media and Video Manager

To support a growing digital storytelling initiative, the remote full-time Manager or Senior Manager of Social Media & Video will manage day-to-day social media activities and lead video content production, aiming to create 2-4 videos weekly while increasing follower engagement and donations. Key responsibilities Produce 2-4 short- and long-form videos weekly across various platforms, ensuring high-quality content and timely production Manage the organization's social media presence, including content scheduling, performance tracking, and community engagement Create and update social media kits for volunteers and partners, while collaborating on video training and best practices Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in social media management, video content creation, or digital storytelling Strong video production skills, including shooting, scripting, and editing short-form video Demonstrated experience in growing social media accounts using video content Deep familiarity with major social platforms and their respective algorithms and content formats Portfolio or reel showcasing social video and/or content creation work
