Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) Care First Rehab – Clinician Owned & Operated

Salary & Highlights

• Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
• Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $ 2000 to $ 4000( paid in first 90 days of employment )
• Performance Bonus: $3,000 to $ 5000 annually
• Job Type: Full-time, W2 (Clinic Setting)

The Role: We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Cary, NC. You will play a vital role in helping children achieve developmental milestones and reach their full potential through:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify developmental delays and functional limitations.
• Developing individualized treatment plans using play-based therapy and sensory integration techniques.
• Educating and empowering parents and caregivers with strategies to support development at home.
• Collaborating with early intervention specialists and the broader care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification.
• State Licensure: Valid and current North Carolina license as a Physical Therapist.
• Skills: Strong communication and child engagement skills; ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience: Knowledge of child development milestones and experience with diverse pediatric populations (infants through adolescents).
