Job Description Job Description Job Summary Install Partners is looking to fill the position of Field Manager for the local Milwaukee, WI/Dubuque, IA area. We are a window and door installation company that services high volume client(s) across the country. We are based in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX area with some service areas in Arizona, Detroit, DFW, El Paso, Illinois, Indiana, New Mexico, and Missouri. This position would be both remote and in the field. We provide a laptop and cell phone for company use, along with a per diem for company and travel related expenses. The Field Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships with our client, installers, and customers. The Field Manager is responsible for upholding the store/jobsite visitation schedule set by the Regional Manager and are responsible for timely and accurately filling visitation logs for each visit along with additional marketing photos to promote the business with our client accounts. The Field Manager will also be responsible for completing details (measures) and work order appointments as well as assisting with installations as needed. Role and Responsibilities: * Provide daily support to our network of local contractors * Meet scheduled customer appointments for details and work orders * Perform job visits as assigned by Regional Manager * Assist Regional Manager with in-store and installer continued training * Minor repair work as needed during work order appointments * Onboard training for new contractors * Recruitment / Retention Qualifications and Education Requirements: * Dependable vehicle (vehicle expenses covered by the company) * Phone and email etiquette * Customer service experience * Experience using Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) * Ability to a read tape measurer and transfer data accordingly * Experience in finish carpentry * Experience detailing and quoting installation projects * Replacement Door and window installation experience * Pass Background Check Preferred Skills: * Ability to train others * Ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate situations * Ability to lift and carry 50lbs, including going up and down ladders * Experience utilizing CRM systems and measurement software Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On the road **Must be local to the Milwaukee, WI/Dubuque, IA area** Job Type: Full-time Benefits (after 90 days): * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Life Insurance * 401k (After 6 months) Experience: * Construction: 1 year (Preferred) * Project management: 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 75%+ (Required) Work Location: On the road
