Job Summary

Our client is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving operations for a land clearing and mulching company. This role is responsible for keeping the warehouse organized, maintaining accurate inventory, receiving and preparing shipments, and ensuring field crews have the parts, tools, materials, and supplies they need to keep operations running efficiently.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment. This position will work closely with field crews, equipment operators, service personnel, and office staff to ensure materials and equipment parts are available when needed.

This is an active warehouse position that requires frequent lifting, moving, loading, and unloading of materials. The successful candidate should be comfortable operating or learning to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks and should take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, stocking, organizing, and distributing materials
• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities, parts, materials, and purchase orders for accuracy
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory counts and stock checks
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other appropriate material-handling equipment
• Pull, stage, and prepare parts, tools, supplies, and materials for field crews
• Prepare, package, label, and organize outgoing shipments
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues as needed
• Maintain an organized inventory of equipment parts, supplies, tools, and materials
• Communicate with field crews and office staff regarding inventory levels, parts requests, and material needs
• Assist with tracking and maintaining parts and supplies used to support land clearing and mulching equipment
• Keep warehouse areas, storage locations, and loading areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices
• Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience preferred
• Forklift or warehouse equipment operating experience is a plus; training may be provided
• Experience working around heavy equipment, machinery, parts, or industrial materials is a plus
• Ability to accurately receive, count, organize, and track inventory
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical warehouse duties for extended periods
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work history
• Ability to work independently while also communicating effectively with field and office personnel
• Safety-conscious attitude and willingness to follow established procedures
• Ability to work in an active warehouse and outdoor environment as needed

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Occasional overtime as needed
