Data Entry Clerk (Manufacturing)

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $21.00/hr Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite) Duration: 6-Month Contract

Job Summary

The Data Entry Clerk will support Manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate data entry, documentation, and inventory tracking within ERP systems. This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Inventory, and Planning teams to maintain production records, support batch documentation, and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process manufacturing data in ERP systems to complete production orders and generate labels
• Review, verify, scan, and upload batch records into ERP systems
• Create and manage labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and production batches
• Partner with Inventory teams to establish and maintain accurate bin locations
• Support resubmission of re-test samples with Inventory and Planning teams
• Generate daily and weekly reports and maintain organized data records
• File and maintain documentation, including printouts and electronic records
• Maintain sample and control inventories
• Follow ISO standards, SOPs, and work instructions
• Provide general administrative support to Manufacturing teams
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 months of data entry experience
