Water St.,Martinsburg, WV, 25401,United States Base Pay $14.00 / Hour Employee Type Part Time Regular Required Degree High school Description BASIC PURPOSE: Provides support and assistance to admissions, front desk, and assessments and SAL data entry as needed. Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service to all clients and co-workers. Responsible for obtaining insurance information, reviewing fees and co-pays, and scheduling appointments with the appropriate staff. Must be able to travel to other locations to assist supervisor in departmental coverage. Must be flexible with work schedule, as this position rotates with other Customer Service Representatives to cover the front desk M-F 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 pm. ***Friday and Saturday hours required. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: 1. High School Diploma or GED required. 2. Computer experience required. 3. Must be able to process large amounts of data and be flexible with work assignments. 4. Office experience required, medical experience preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: -Walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling, lifting, carrying and grasping are necessary body movements utilized in performing duties.

• Must be able to read and write legibly in English.
• Hearing within normal range is required.
• Visual acuity must be within normal range.
• Must have manual dexterity for using equipment as necessary.
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.

MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: -Must have ability to maintain client confidentiality.

• Must have the ability to work successfully under potentially stressful conditions, and must be capable of adapting to varying workloads on a constant basis.
• Must have the ability to make sound, independent judgments, and also be able to collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary teams, residential and nursing coordinators, and other members of the agency in an appropriate fashion.
• Must have the ability to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.
• Must have effective reading and comprehension skills.
• Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: (POTENTIAL FOR) -Exposure to chemicals, such as cleaning products, toner, and other office chemicals

• Exposure to stress and constant interruptions.
• Possible exposure to body fluids, contagious diseases, etc. while carrying out duties.
