dvanced Heart Failure Specialty Unit Advance your nursing career The Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator demonstrates proficiency in nursing practice for the assigned specialty area and provides clinical leadership for the delivery of nursing care in a department. Under the direction of the department manager leads safety and quality initiatives, focuses on and simplifies workflow, and contributes to the development of staff. Increase staff satisfaction and promote excellent (Gold Standard) customer service. Education: • Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN Required, or MSN Certification/Licensure: • Virginia RN License Virginia or Compact/Multi-State Eligible. • All Direct Care RN's required to have BLS within 90 days of hire. • Critical Care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire Experience: • Position requires 18 Months of RN experience Keywords: Talroo-Nursing, Cardiac Step down, Cardiac RN, Telemetry Unit, IMCU, Medical Unit, Talroo-Leadership, Nursing Leadership, monster, nurse, RN, leader, We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $47.42 - $68.63 hourly.

Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
