Resident Care Assistant
Part-Time and Full-Time | $17.00 - $18.00 per hour + shift differentials
The Meadows of Fall River | Fall River, WI

Schedule:
Overnight shifts (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Every other weekend is required
Pay & Perks:
• $17–$18/hour
• + $2/hour weekend differential
• Paid training—no experience needed

What You’ll Do:
• Assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with medications based on training
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Work closely with your team to provide great care
What You’ll Need:
• Age 18+
• Compassion and reliability
• Interest in working with older adults
• No experience required—we’ll train you!
