ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care needs.

General Responsibilities

Assess physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs of patients.
Conduct thorough reviews of patient history and physical examinations, ensuring timely completion.
Analyze diagnostics and laboratory data, reporting abnormal results to the healthcare team.
Complete assessments and reassessments based on patient needs and established policies.
Formulate individualized plans of care that include discharge planning using assessment data and input from patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Develop realistic, measurable goals in collaboration with patients and their families, considering their unique needs.
Coordinate care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience.
Current and valid nursing license.

Schedule

Full-time position requiring 3 twelve-hour shifts on nights.
3 weekend shifts are required per scheduling period.
Floating to other areas may be required as a functional nurse.
