Registered Nurse Career Opportunity Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Compensation $10,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time night shifts, pro‑rated for part time. Responsibilities Supervise patient care and treatments. Lead patient assessments and tailor individualized care plans. Evaluate and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families. Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Provide direct patient care as needed. Serve as a resource for staff on complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate patient milestones and progress. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of employment. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification preferred.
