If this sounds like you, we invite you to read on and learn more.Why work at Gleason?Excellent benefits package including a 6% Company 401(k) matchFlexible scheduling options available in some departmentsNYS Certified Apprenticeship ProgramShift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shiftsFormal and informal development opportunities.Independently completes the production of the machine by assembling components and sub-assemblies.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assembles sub-components of machines.Completes sub-assemblies on machines.Inspects, cleans, and assembles parts and equipment to ensure customers' specifications are met.Uses cranes and various hand and power tools.Identifies and resolves issues regarding the assembly of the machine.Disassembles machine, when necessary, to repair machine.Works independently on assigned machine platform.High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least two years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated relevant work history.The salary range in this posting depends on qualifications and experience.
