Pay: $74.87/hr.

Schedule:  2 weeks training: Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts then 4 x 10-hour shifts/week (includes  every other weekend , possible holiday rotation)

Overview

We are hiring a  Float Nurse Practitioner to support a retail clinic in  Tampa, FL . In this role, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care while collaborating with a dedicated clinical care team to improve outcomes for a panel of patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing care management
• Provide health counseling, patient education, and disposition planning
• Document care accurately using electronic medical systems (EMR/EMS)
• Work collaboratively with clinic staff and clinical leadership to deliver quality outcomes
• Maintain clinic readiness and follow safety-sensitive workplace expectations
