Senior Scientific Director, Oncology Clinical Development (NHL & Leukemia)

Senior Scientific Director overseeing the design, planning, and execution of multiple clinical development programs in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and leukemia. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing study integrity, and ensuring regulatory compliance while generating high-quality clinical data to support product development strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of multiple oncology clinical development programs
- Oversee study integrity, data review, and interpretation of safety and efficacy findings
- Manage protocol development, regulatory submissions, and clinical study reporting
- Serve as in-house clinical expert for assigned molecules and disease areas
- Coordinate with regulatory affairs and serve as clinical representative in regulatory discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sciences; advanced degree (MS, PhD) preferred
- At least 8 years of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to independently lead complex clinical research programs
- Proven cross-functional leadership and influence skills
- Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements
- Strong oral and written English communication abilities
- Experience designing clinical strategies and study protocols
