About the Role:

As a Day CNA, you will be responsible for providing routine nursing care, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting the overall well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, address resident concerns, and maintain a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility

• Take vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff

• Assist with range-of-motion exercises and other therapeutic activities

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
