Client Executive, Credit Unions (East Coast)

This role sits at the intersection of strategic sales, financial services expertise, and data-driven transformation within the credit union ecosystem. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across named accounts, helping them leverage data, analytics, software, and technology solutions to improve lending, risk management, fraud prevention, and member engagement. The position is highly consultative and relationship-driven, requiring strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business value. You will own revenue growth across a portfolio of strategic credit union clients, shaping long-term partnerships and expansion opportunities. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will work cross-functionally to align internal teams around client needs. This is a high-impact role where communication, trust-building, and strategic thinking directly influence business outcomes. Accountabilities Develop and maintain senior-level relationships within credit unions, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities across data, analytics, fraud, risk, and software solutions. Build and execute account strategies, including forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning. Deliver consultative presentations and tailored proposals aligned with client business priorities. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Represent the voice of the customer to influence product and solution enhancements. Requirements 5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally selling complex data, analytics, or software solutions. Demonstrated success managing large, named strategic accounts within banking or credit unions. Strong understanding of risk management, fraud prevention, lending, and financial performance drivers. Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into scalable solutions. Willingness to travel up to 50% and operate in a remote East Coast-based environment.
