The Role: As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines helping customers find the perfect phone, plan, and accessories. If you enjoy interactive technology, working in a busy environment, and can educate consumers on Cricket Wireless’ family of products, then we want to speak with you! Responsibilities: Sell Cricket Wireless, plans, phones, and accessories – ‘The Best Value in Wireless.’ Hit and beat sales goals for phones, accessories, plans, add‑ons, retention, and autopay. Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to goodbye. Help customers understand Cricket products, features, and services. Enjoy developing and maintaining relationships with co‑workers and consumers. Join in local marketing and community events to promote the brand. Requirements: At least one year of retail experience in sales and/or customer service. At least one year of experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers. Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods. Work at various locations may also be required. Attendance at off‑site events during and after business hours is required. Tech‑savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices. Bilingual: Spanish speaking is required. Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging with consumers. You must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales. Independent and self‑motivated team player. Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc. Ability to use reliable personal transportation to make daily bank runs to submit deposits as needed. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to pass a background. Must have a fully functioning smartphone on your first day of work.
