Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, Retirement with Employer Match (20+ hrs/week) Additional benefits available Job Description Job Summary : Utilizes current physiologic, anesthesia science, and holistic care principles to assess patient needs, identify an anesthesia plan of care, implement and evaluate care, and lead the patient care team to achieve goals in accordance with standards of nurse anesthesia practice. Responsibilities : Coordinating and directing care by other team members, addressing system issues for efficient care, delegating duties, demonstrating excellent communication, leadership, time management, and problem‑solving skills. Requirements Education : Program completion from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program. Experience : Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a critical care setting OR 1 year of CRNA experience. Licensure/Certification/Registration : Missouri State Registered Nurse and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (NBC‑RNA). Must obtain BLS within 90 days and ACLS & PALS within 365 days of hire. Skills : Determining department scope of care in relation to values and mission; human relations and customer service; inventory management; ability to work with multiple people and meet deadlines; ongoing education and recertification; proficiency with aseptic technique.
