Job Full Description An inspection company in the area is currently searching for Shift Leaders to support their inspection and containment operations throughout South Carolina.
General support locations could include: Greer, Duncan, Greenville and Spartanburg. 1st Shift: 6:30a-4p
Pay: $17.40/hr Job Duties:
• Reporting to the Project Leader
• Inspector Training & Validation
• Customer Service
• Shift Update Communications
• Inspect parts and role model inspector performance standards Special Requirements:
• Continuous standing
• Physical handling of automotive parts and components repetitively
• Personal vehicle is required - mileage program in place. Travel to various sites as requested from Project Leader or Regional Manager
• Travel time is covered (anything above 30 minutes from their house). Example: If it takes 1 hour to drive from their home to a site - 30 minutes would be paid (each way).
• Candidates must have a reliable vehicle as they will be assigned to multiple sites.
• Mileage is covered at $0.4/km for all mileage incurred that exceeds the distance from their home to home office.
• Shift start times, end times, and shift length vary based on customer (Could be 8-12 hours). This means the candidate must be flexible Spartanburg, SC
