About Us : The Center at Arrowhead is a skilled nursing facility that serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care. With state of the art equipment and unparalleled comfort and amenities, our physician-driven care plan is designed to maximize the quality of our care. Job Duties:
• Schedules and confirms patient appointments. Reviews patient information prior to appointment in order to determine patient needs. Verify with nursing staff if there are questions.
• Implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing and determining patient transportation system improvements
• Informs family members of patient appointments upon request
• Post appointments daily for staff and patients at least one day prior to appointment. Be available to answer questions regarding the appointment.
• Enter orders for appointment and transportation and retrieves/sends diagnostic labs needed for appointment
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations Education and Certification Requirement:
• Finger Print card
