As a vital part of our Homecare team, you won’t just provide care; you'll build trust, bring comfort, and help patients live their best lives where they feel safest— at home .  We are looking for a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.  This position would be responsible for providing quality care and home health nursing care services under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

What You'll Do:

• Bringing care plans to life under the guidance of an RN

• Teaching and supporting patients with preventative and recovery care

• Ensuring services meet the highest standards of quality and compassion

• Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other care professionals

• Maintaining patient safety, documentation, and infection control standards

• Helping patients regain independence and dignity—one visit at a time

What You’ll Bring:

You’re not just a nurse—you’re a difference-maker. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• A graduate of an NLN-accredited LPN program with an active NJ LPN license

• 2+ years of med/surg or acute care experience (homecare/hospice a plus!)

• Strong communication, time management, and tech skills

• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to travel

• A heart for care and a passion for helping others thrive

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $26.00 to USD $34.00.
