Role:

Responsibilities:

2. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
3. Monitor food temperatures and cooking times to ensure that food is cooked to the proper specifications.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including dishwashing, surface disinfection, and proper waste disposal.
5. Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and restocking supplies as needed.
6. Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak times.
7. Follow Chick-fil-A's standards for portion control, presentation, and food quality.
