- Own the accounting and finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, controls, and overall financial operations.
- Partner with operations to drive visibility into WIP, job costing, project profitability, margins, and business performance.
- Build scalable financial processes, reporting, controls, and a high-performing accounting/finance team.
- Provide strategic financial insight to leadership as the company grows from approximately $35M toward $75M-$100M.
- Support growth initiatives, acquisitions/integrations, and other strategic projects while remaining willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
- CFO, VP Finance, or strong Controller-level experience within HVAC, mechanical, construction, specialty contracting, or another project-based business; experience in a $30M-$100M+ environment preferred.
- Strong command of WIP, job costing, project profitability, operational finance, forecasting, and cash flow.
- Proven builder who can create structure in an evolving environment and strategically partner with entrepreneurial leadership.
