Five Star Bath Solutions is launching in San Francisco, and we’re looking for a motivated, results-driven In-Home Sales Specialist to join our team. You’ll meet with pre-qualified leads, present customized solutions, and guide customers through a seamless, one-day bath transformation process, all while earning uncapped commissions in a rewarding, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to deliver in-home design consultations
• Present custom bath remodeling solutions using our proven sales system — no cold calling, no guesswork
• Guide customers through product selections, pricing, and financing options
• Close deals with confidence and professionalism while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
• Track and achieve personal sales goals with consistency and drive
• Earn competitive commissions and performance-based bonuses
