Job Description\n GHG Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Bryan, Texas.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/05/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n \n Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2731.40\n \n Opportunity:\n RN - Cath Lab\n Job Details:\n • Work 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM plus call requirements\n • Approximately 10-11 call days per month including 1 weekend\n • Float between two campuses: Bryan Campus (home base) and College Station Campus\n • Circulate and monitor cases in the cath lab environment\n • Work with a team of 3 per case including Circulating RN, Scrub Tech, and monitor staff\n • Perform cardiac, peripheral, neuro, and traumatic embolization patient care\n • Handle EP cases including ICDs, pacemakers, and ablations (A-Flutter, SVT, A-Fib)\n • Operate GE MacLab/Combo Lab Hemodynamic Monitoring System\n • Cross-trained to monitor cases as all staff are expected to do so\n • Facility runs primarily 3 of 4 cath lab rooms at one time with 5-15 cases per day\n • Three days of orientation to the unit with expectation of independently performing cases by Thursday or Friday\n • Must be able to circulate cases independently\n • Charting system: MEDITECH\n • BSN not required\n • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS\n • Hospital cancellation policy: up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks\n Facility:\n This acute care facility operates at a Trauma Level 3 designation and features a state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization lab with 4 cath lab rooms, primarily running 3 simultaneously. The facility provides comprehensive cardiac, peripheral, neuro, and EP services and utilizes advanced hemodynamic monitoring technology.
