About the Position

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year outpatient experience required License: Must hold a valid state PT license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Experience with adult and school-aged patients, as well as manual therapy skills Description: Immediate start needed. Manager interviews required. Outpatient therapy facility serving a rural community. Patient types include mostly adults and school-aged children with various diagnoses. Common cases include post-ortho, post-spinal surgeries, geriatrics, work injuries, and neurological imbalances. 60-minute bookings for evaluations and treatments. Single patient care practice is emphasized. Experience with adaptive equipment, such as walkers, canes, and crutches, is essential. Support within the department includes other physical therapists and an assistant supervisor on-site. Technology used includes EMR: Cerner PowerChart. No weekend or on-call rotations required. Closed on major holidays, with possible work on minor holidays. RTO approval required through the manager. Scrub color is any solid color scrubs or business casual attire.
