RN Resident Care Manager Adult Family Home
Snohomish, WA | Full-Time | $50–55/hr
A different kind of nursing role This isn't a hospital pace.
This isn't a desk job.
It's a balanced role where you stay hands-on with medically complex patients , while also stepping into real leadership, without carrying the full weight of a Director role .

- Hands-on care with medically complex residents (trach/vent)
- Acting as the clinical lead on shift
- 1–2 shorter admin days (onsite)
- Care plans
- Documentation oversight
- Supporting quality + team development
You're still a nurse, but you're also shaping how care is delivered.

- Recent Trach & ventilator experience
- Strong clinical judgment
