RN Resident Care Manager Adult Family Home

Snohomish, WA | Full-Time | $50–55/hr

This isn't a hospital pace.
This isn't a desk job.

It's a balanced role where you stay hands-on with medically complex patients , while also stepping into real leadership, without carrying the full weight of a Director role .

• Only 2 days on the floor (not full-time bedside burnout)
• Small home setting - not 5–6 patients at once
• You help lead the home, not just work in it
• Direct support from a DON - you're not on your own
• Your own on-site office for admin days (quiet, focused work)
• Consistent team + residents - you actually know your patients

• 2 days/week on the floor
  • Hands-on care with medically complex residents (trach/vent)
  • Acting as the clinical lead on shift
• 1–2 shorter admin days (onsite)
  • Care plans
  • Documentation oversight
  • Supporting quality + team development

You're still a nurse, but you're also shaping how care is delivered.

This isn't a delegator role, nor is it a desk-only role.
You need to be confident clinically (trach/vent) and comfortable stepping in when things need to be corrected.

• RN license (WA)
• Recent Trach & ventilator experience
• Strong clinical judgment

• $50–55/hr
