Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility
• Experience working with school-aged children
• Proficiency in managing screenings and diagnoses for a broad spectrum of needs
• Background in IEP development and compliance
• Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to multiple campuses as an itinerant professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language screenings and comprehensive evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative therapy to students across several school environments
• Document student progress and maintain records in alignment with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other specialists to support each student’s success
• Offer training and guidance on AAC devices for students and staff
