Marketing Operations Coordinator

The Original and Still the Best. That's been Golden Chick's promise since we opened our first restaurant in San Marcos, Texas, in 1967. Nearly 60 years and 250 restaurants later, we just had our biggest year of growth in company history: 23 new restaurants in 2025 alone. Behind all of that growth is the same standard we started with quality, caring, and treating every franchisee relationship the way we'd want to be treated ourselves. We're hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to help carry that standard through every new restaurant opening, every franchisee conversation, and every piece of marketing that goes out the door. If you're someone who sees a franchisee's question and wants to actually solve it instead of passing it along, we want to talk to you. As a full-time member of our team based at our Richardson, TX headquarters, you'll partner directly with our Director of Marketing, Creative Director, and the rest of our marketing and creative team to make sure every new restaurant opening, every piece of branded merchandise, and every franchisee request gets the same level of care that's gone into Golden Chick since 1967. What You'll Do: Support roughly 25 new restaurant openings a year, helping shape marketing plans and coordinating signage, décor, menu boards, and required LSM materials for new openings, transfers, and remodels. Own Local Store Marketing and end to end, serving as the main point of contact for franchisee requests via the marketing portal. Manage our marketing ordering portal across the board, including on-demand print materials, active campaign and promotional offer materials, and new restaurant opening items, working directly with our print vendor and other suppliers on selection and pricing. Source and manage swag, wearables, and promotional inventory, including evaluating vendors and recommending new merchandise. Partner with our creative team on print, swag, and wearables production, managing timelines, proofs, and vendor relationships from start to finish. Support broader local store marketing and brand initiatives as needed, including research, reporting, and campaign execution. Assist in processing marketing Accounts Payable and Receivable, including invoices, backup documentation, spreadsheets, confirmations, and budget tracking in partnership with the Director of Marketing Join us for our company conference every other year and occasionally support corporate restaurant openings in person (about one to two times a year). Qualification Snapshot: 2+ years of marketing experience; local store marketing, multi-unit retail, print production, or franchise marketing background is a strong plus. Restaurant background a plus. Local Store Marketing experience or strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Vendor management and production coordination experience; print, swag, or promotional products background a plus. Comfortable communicating directly with franchisees and operators. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), Teams, Slack, and Monday.com; Canva or Adobe Creative tools a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred. Must be able to lift and carry boxes of marketing and promotional materials, up to approximately 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
