As a Dietitian , you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our diverse patient population, including our dedicated Hispanic Program, Mi Hogar.

About the Role

As a Dietitian at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting diet assessments and developing personalized meal plans for patients with a variety of dietary needs and restrictions

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive optimal nutrition and hydration

• Providing education and support to patients and their families on nutrition and healthy eating habits

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient diets and treatment plans

• Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives and contributing to a positive and supportive care environment

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian RD

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field

• Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
