Job Summary We are seeking a Recruiter for a contract opportunity with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Santa Rosa, CA. This role supports full-cycle recruiting activities, candidate screening, interview coordination, applicant tracking, and hiring manager communication across multiple operational needs. The Recruiter will be part of a collaborative Human Resources team that values professionalism, confidentiality, service, and clear communication. Key Responsibilities Review application materials, assess candidate qualifications, and compare experience to job requirements. Conduct screening interviews, verify references, and provide candidate updates to hiring managers. Coordinate phone, web-based, and in-person interviews while managing schedules and communication. Maintain accurate candidate records and track applicants through the hiring process in the applicant tracking system. Monitor job postings and job board activity to support recruiting pipelines. Partner with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure consistent application of recruiting processes, programs, and policies. Compensation and Benefits $25.00 to $26.00 per hour. For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
