Chief Financial Officer (Healthcare) Location: East Bay, CA We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client's Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will lead all financial operations, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the long-term financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, payroll, billing, and financial reporting.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support organizational goals.
- Oversee audits, internal controls, compliance, tax filings, grants, and government contracts.
- Partner with the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Directors on financial planning and decision-making.
- Lead and develop a Finance Department of approximately 15 team members.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to funders, regulatory agencies, and the Board.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a CFO, Controller, or senior financial leader.
- Experience managing nonprofit financial operations with budgets of $10M+ and/or organizations of 100+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, audits, and government funding.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- CPA and/or MBA.
- Nonprofit healthcare or FQHC experience.
- 10+ years of executive finance leadership experience.
