When responsibility calls, you're ready to lead.These are the qualifications that matter:Minimum 4 years of HVAC service experienceEPA certification requiredTechnical school certification or degree preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, kneel, or work in tight spaces for extended periodsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesResponsibilities:Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on HVAC systems (residential and/or commercial)Troubleshoot and repair components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and thermostatsInstall and replace HVAC parts and equipment as neededCommunicate effectively with customers about system issues, repair options, and maintenance adviceComplete service documentation accurately and maintain detailed recordsEnsure job site cleanliness and safe work practices at all timesMaintain company vehicle in good working conditionWhy this job?
