About Let’s Thrive Mental Health
- Precision interventional psychiatry practice in Coral Gables, FL — med management, therapy, IV ketamine, Spravato, TMS, and a structured pediatric program (ages 6–17). Clinician-owned (DNP, PMHNP-BC, CRNA). Telehealth-first today, in-office interventional suite opening next. Small, modern, no bureaucracy.
The role: Carry a telehealth caseload 1–2 days/week — 45/60-min individual, couples/family, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) integration sessions alongside our interventional program. Paid per completed session, biweekly. Charm EHR, care coordinator handles scheduling/intake/billing. You do therapy, nothing else.
Must have: FL independent license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) · 1+ yrs outpatient · CBT/ACT/EMDR or similar evidence-based modality · payer-credentialed or CAQH current · own liability insurance · notes within 24h.
Strong plus: KAP or psychedelic-integration training · adolescent experience · Spanish · insurance-savvy.
