Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg / Tele travel assignment
Start date 07/20/2026 • Duration 13 weeks • Shift 3x12 Nights (19:00–07:00) • Weekly pay $1,813-$1,828 per week • Travel assignment in an inpatient Med/Surg unit with telemetry
This role focuses on adult medical-surgical care with telemetry considerations. Ideal candidates would have experience in step-down, telemetry, or ICU settings and are prepared for a ASAP start.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adults in Med Surg / Special Care Unit, including assessment and ongoing monitoring
- Use telemetry to monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes or alarms promptly
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and manage infusions per physician orders
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, document in the electronic health record, and update care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and ensure patient safety
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge instructions

Requirements
- Experience: Step-Down, Telemetry, or ICU experience preferred
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts (19:00–07:00)
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and critical-thinking skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced inpatient Med Surg / Telemetry setting
