Warehouse Manager

Job Summary This role coordinates and manages all aspects related to the warehouse and shipping of finished units to our customers, both domestic and international. The Coordinator works closely with the Operations team to align completion dates and shipping plans to meet customer delivery requirements, managing a team of material handlers, shipping/receiving, and logistics specialists while ensuring a safe work environment. Responsibilities Maintain a safe working environment related to all warehouse and shipping activities. Interact with supervisors and managers to monitor build status and completion dates for shipping needs. Facilitate shipment of Service Parts Orders and coordinate crating/packaging for component orders. Use the ERP system (Syteline CSI) to update inventory transactions of shipped products from Finished Goods inventory and maintain accurate lot inventory. Coordinate shipments using LTL carriers, dedicated trucks, and international freight forwarders to meet customer required‑on‑time (ROJ) dates. Generate Bills of Lading and required paperwork for outgoing shipments. Manage and track shipping KPIs and costs, ensuring shipping budget is maintained and cost‑saving measures are implemented. Communicate delivery status to customers and track receipts to ensure timely arrival. Collaborate with internal companies to ensure timely shipment and arrival of products. Maintain a well‑organized work environment and keep a detailed shipping log of all in‑process products. Complete mandatory training and competency tests for Overhead Bridge Crane Operation, Forklift, Scissor Lift, and Reach Stacker. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in shipping or logistics. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline preferred. Experience operating heavy equipment (forklifts, overhead cranes, etc.) and knowledge of safe overhead crane rigging and lifting practices. Proficiency with ERP systems (Syteline CSI) and strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Solid organizational, project management, and leadership skills. Ability to influence and enable change; strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Team player with capability to work effectively across business operations. Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality, productive, and customer‑service‑focused work. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles preferred.
