Key Responsibilities Guest Service Greet guests with a welcoming, positive attitude and provide knowledgeable menu guidance Assist guests throughout their visit, ensuring satisfaction from entry to exit Cashier & POS Operations Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system Handle cash and card transactions with attention to detail Carryout & Delivery Coordination Manage carryout and to‑go orders, ensuring accuracy, proper packaging, and timely handoff Safely and efficiently deliver orders to guests off‑site while providing excellent hospitality Dining Room Support Float throughout the dining room to check on guests, run food, bus tables, and maintain cleanliness Keep front‑of‑house areas clean, stocked, and organized, including counters, beverage stations, and restrooms Team Support & Events Support team members wherever needed to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations Assist with off‑site tent and food truck events, and potentially catering operations Compliance Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced kitchen and restaurant environment Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset, and strong work ethic Comfortable with cash handling and operating POS systems Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Schedule Full‑time schedule with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
