Prime Staffing is seeking a travel Sterile Processing Technician for a travel job in Kansas City, Missouri.

• Processed an average of 250 surgical trays daily in a fast-paced Level I Trauma Center .
• Performed decontamination, inspection, assembly, packaging, and sterilization of surgical instruments.
• Operated washers, ultrasonic cleaners, and sterilizers following AAMI and HSPA/CBSPD standards.
• Assembled specialty instrument sets for Orthopedic, Neuro, Cardiovascular, General, Robotics, ENT, Urology, Dental, Laparoscopic, and Plastic Surgery .
• Utilized proper chemical disinfectants, sterilization wrapping techniques, and quality assurance procedures .
• Floated between departments as needed and collaborated with OR staff to ensure timely instrument availability.
