Project Manager

Job Summary As a Project Manager, you will work closely with multiple teams within Bosch as well as clients and subcontractors to scope, plan and build highly complex projects using the latest technology from the best vendors, including Lenel, Genetec, Axis, Milestone and Avigilon. Tasked with managing every aspect, from start to finish, of our major projects for new construction, you are responsible for delivering high‑quality project results. You will manage the project team as efficiently as possible while representing the company in a professional manner in line with our values of a leadership mindset, people development, team, and client focus. Past experience managing large, multi‑million‑dollar projects will be a strong asset. Stakeholder engagement across complex organizations and within Paladin will be an important part of this role as well. Responsibilities Develop and manage schedules for on‑time delivery, monitor budgets to control costs and maintain financial health. Develop and manage the project plan, including client communication expectations, resource requirements, procurement, materials management, commissioning, risk mitigation strategies, and scheduling to ensure efficiency. Provide accurate financial reports to achieve desired profit margins. Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships that lead to repeat business and business development opportunities. Create documentation that is clear, easy to follow, updated according to the communication schedule, and accessible to all stakeholders. Control costs and maximize productivity through the implementation of best practices and standard processes. Effectively manage and maintain all written and verbal project communications, both formal and informal. Maintain client satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns. Develop relationships with subcontractors to build a pool of resources; manage selection of subcontractors for projects when required. Proactively assess risks; ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Supervisor Duties In accordance with applicable company policies, procedures, and federal/state laws, perform the following supervisory responsibilities: planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, project management, security integration, or technical experience within a security system or system integration environment. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project software. Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet multiple deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree (2 years) or bachelor’s degree (4 years) in a technical field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Professional Engineering designation. Physical Demands Must be able to communicate effectively in English (see, hear, speak, and write clearly). Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting light office objects, and operating office equipment. Sitting, standing, and walking in office environments and construction sites. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and possible work at heights over 1.8 m (6 ft). Working Conditions The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted, and ventilated. Noise levels are low to moderate. Must be on site with customers or contractors, sometimes with Paladin colleagues, to manage expectations and deliverables. Sites range from office environments to new construction. Driving to customer sites is required. Limited overnight travel may be required. Additional Information Compensation: $84,000 – $110,000 DOE. Working Hours: Generally Monday‑Friday, overtime and on‑call when necessary. Travel Requirements: Occasional travel required.
