An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) Consultant to support a major California State government technology modernization initiative.

• Hybrid Work Arrangement
• Sacramento, California
• Onsite 2-3 Days Per Week
• Potential Multi-Year Engagement
• Start date as soon as possible

We're looking for candidates with experience in:

• Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V)
• Large-scale IT implementations and modernization programs
• California State government technology projects (preferred)
• Governance, risk management, and project oversight
• Project health assessments and quality assurance reviews
• Requirements, testing, implementation readiness, and vendor evaluations
• Executive-level reporting and recommendations
• Enterprise systems and complex technology environments

This is an excellent opportunity for consultants seeking stable, long-term engagement while contributing to the successful delivery of high-profile public sector technology initiatives.
